Listen to the relaxing sounds of waves washing over rocks or onto the beach while meditating. The gentle sound of a tibetan singing bowl mark 4 sections of the timed to 10, 20 and 40 minute tracks so you can choose the length of time that you wish to meditate. The singing bowl indicates the beginning and end of each meditation session and when a quarter, half, and three quarters of the time have passed. The tracks have a 30 second lead-in and 30 second lead-out that are added to the core meditation times to allow the practitioner to start the meditation sounds and prepare for the meditation before the actual 10, 20 and 40 minutes begin and after they end. The three tracks are from three different locations with one track featuring powerful thuds when the waves hit against the rocks and the two other tracks featuring waves that wash onto a tranquil beach.
